Views of literacy development, disabilities, assessment, and intervention are closely linked, and this is particularly evident in approaches to RTI. This talk will explore those links, the critical decisions we need to make, why some RTI structures and practices are more useful than others and how research can inform the choices we make as we implement RTI.
